For this reason, many of our clients request that the carers we introduce to them have either had both vaccinations and/or take regular covid tests and use masks.
We will discuss Covid 19 with you and make sure your feelings are understood.
All of our carers practice good hygiene and all of our carers hold The Care Certificate which proves that they have reached the 15 standards within care. This is just the basic requirement. Many of our carers hold NVQ’s in health and social care or a degree related to health and social care. Others have taken courses in dementia, stoma care, catheter care.
We pride ourselves on being able to introduce you to experienced and qualified carers.
The carers we introduce are fully vetted to make sure they hold a clean DBS certificate. We check also that our carers have good employment references and all of this information along with the information we hold on our clients is held securely and confidentially.
We do not share information on our clients or carers unless an organisation such as HMRC were to ask or if we were asked to do so for legal reasons.
We are fully paid members of the ICO (Information Commissioners Office).
We also have private indemnity insurance.
All of the above will be mentioned in greater detail during the free consultation that we offer.
Government advice will always be followed
What our carers say:
"I like being a private carer because not only does it suit my lifestyle, but it means I am helping the elderly and fragile and the people who just need a little bit of extra assistance stay in their own home. At the end of the day, I really am making a real difference to somebody else's life."Tia, Private Carer
