Part of a private carer’s job is to liaise with health-care professionals to ensure that you or your loved one receive the best medical care and advice. Part of their job is to monitor your health or your loved one’s health and with either your or their consent consult relevant health care professionals such as the district nurses, local pharmacists, your GP and even paramedics and doctors at the hospital if appropriate.
What our carers say:
"I like being a private carer because not only does it suit my lifestyle, but it means I am helping the elderly and fragile and the people who just need a little bit of extra assistance stay in their own home. At the end of the day, I really am making a real difference to somebody else's life."Tia, Private Carer
